Qualifications

• 1-3 years of fire alarm installation or service experience.
• 1-2 years of low voltage experience.
• Read and interpret diagrams, blueprints, and specifications.
• Experience with electronic testing devices and programming.
• Pass drug and background screenings.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to meet state licensing requirements and/or vendor certifications.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Install Fire Alarm systems and components per drawings.
• Ensure proper functionality of installed systems.
• Explain system operation to customers.
• Interact professionally with customers, vendors and co-workers.
• Follow safety regulations and Koorsen policies.
• Continuously learn and update skills.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
