Job summary
San Francisco Fire Protection is seeking a Fire Alarm Inspector to join our growing team in San Francisco, CA. You will service, inspect and test fire alarm systems to standards, perform on-site troubleshooting and assist with programming and repairs for our customers.
Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with fire alarm systems, blueprints interpretation, and safety compliance. This role requires physical work, ability to lift up to 70 lbs, and flexible hours including weekends to meet
Qualifications
- Experience servicing and troubleshooting fire alarms.
- Reading blueprints, submittals, and manuals.
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
- Ability to work in climb ladders, ducts, and tight spaces.
Responsibilities
- Service, inspect and test fire alarm systems to prescribed standards.
- Perform on-site emergency troubleshooting.
- Program and repair fire alarm systems for customers.
- Identify code and non-conformance issues.
- Prepare accurate service tickets and reports.
