Qualifications

  • Proven experience as Fire Alarm Technician/Inspector or similar role.

  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct inspections and tests of fire alarm systems, including visual inspections, functional testing, and sensitivity testing.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing of fire alarm equipment; identify and troubleshoot issues and recommend repairs or replacements.
  • Verify and document system functionality and ensure compliance with NFPA codes and local regulations.
  • Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintenance records.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to building owners, managers, and stakeholders.

The Role:

We’re looking for a Fire Alarm Inspector who’s ready to bring their expertise to the front lines of fire safety. You’ll be responsible for inspecting and testing sprinkler systems to ensure full compliance with local, state, and national fire codes. Your work helps keep people safe—and there’s nothing more meaningful than that.
