American Fire Protection Group in Jackson, TN is seeking a Special Hazard and Fire Alarm Helper/Apprentice to install, repair, troubleshoot, and program fire alarms and special hazards systems across commercial and industrial facilities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED – College Degree a plus.
• Physically capable of performing essential functions (lifting up to 80 lbs).
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable DMV record.

Responsibilities

• Install and service alarm panels, detectors, and related hardware.
• Use digital multimeter to troubleshoot low voltage systems.
• Program new fire alarm panels and maintain system functionality.
• Ensure safety and customer satisfaction at every stage of a project.
