Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or advanced degree in IT,Business Analytics, Finance or related fields from an accredited college or university.
• Strong analytical, writing, presentation, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into data/tech‑enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

• Shadow finance professionals and IT staff; receive tasks to build practical knowledge.
• Interface with Treasury and Mobility teams; learn treasury/financial products and processes.
• Contribute to process improvement through digitalization and automation tools.
