Arch is seeking a Senior Associate to support client onboarding and post-onboarding workflows across RIAs, multi-family offices, and advisory firms. You’ll focus on operational execution, data quality, reporting accuracy, and client readiness while helping scale systems and processes to support account growth.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2+ years in operations or related fields, strong organizational skills, and a collaborative mindset for cross-functional work.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of professional experience in operations, project management, client support, consulting, finance, or related field.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to juggle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations by partnering with Account Managers and Implementation Specialists to align priorities and execute initiatives.
• Monitor data accuracy, reporting reliability, and ensure high-quality client experiences across accounts.
• Maintain data integrity, documentation, and delivery timelines.
