Job summary

Felix is seeking a Licensing & Regulatory Affairs Manager to lead the company’s licensing, regulatory reporting, and examination support functions across the United States. This role owns the day-to-day management of Felix’s licensing portfolio and coordinates regulator communications, examinations, and licensing projects.

The ideal candidate has extensive multi-state money transmitter licensing experience, deep familiarity with NMLS, and can operate independently in a fast-paced fintech

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in financial services compliance or regulatory affairs.
• Extensive experience managing U.S. Money Transmitter Licensing programs.
• Strong knowledge of state licensing requirements and regulator interactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead money transmitter license applications, amendments, renewals, and surrender filings.
• Manage regulatory reporting obligations and ownership disclosures.
• Coordinate regulator communications, information requests, and examinations.
• Maintain licensing inventories, filing calendars, and regulatory records.
• Support licensing for new products and geographic expansion.
• Manage licensing-related examination requests and remediation activities.
• Monitor regulatory developments affecting Felix’s licensing strategy.
• Lead and mentor licensing personnel and coordinate with external counsel.
