Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior in Enterprise Performance Management to bridge business processes and technology. You will translate requirements into technical architectures, lead client workstreams, and influence project delivery while collaborating with advisory teams.

Ideal candidates have a background in finance, accounting, or IT, with proven consulting experience and strong analytical skills. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge EPM tools and a dynamic client environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum three years’ consulting experience.
• Familiarity with modern EPM solutions and AI capabilities such as Anaplan, Oracle FCCS/HFM, Hyperion Planning / PBCS / ePBCS, OneStream, Pigment, Tagetik.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Assess impact of technical decisions on business outcomes.
• Contribute to project delivery and track status.
• Engage with clients and lead workstreams as needed.
• Support sales activities and maintain engagement economics.
