You will lead 0-to-1 fintech initiatives, translate high‑level vision into concrete execution roadmaps, and architect scalable solutions to accelerate growth and position the department for a potential spin-off.

Qualifications

• Based in Europe or the Americas, or open to relocate/remote arrangements.
• High-agency builder mindset with end-to-end ownership.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
