Qualifications

• 2-4 years of professional experience in Client Onboarding, FinTech Implementation, Project Coordination, or Junior Project Management support.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to corporate stakeholders and simplify technical information.
• Proficiency with data tracking and organizational tools, including spreadsheets, collaboration platforms, and presentation software.
• Proactive, action-oriented mindset with ability to coordinate across teams and resolve issues before they impact the client experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead personalized outreach to a portfolio of corporate clients guiding them through system modifications and platform updates.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers to align communication and present a unified professional front.
• Act as the primary client advocate, triaging issues and driving solutions for seamless transitions.
• Track transition timelines, update detailed workplans, and meet all deadlines.
• Maintain comprehensive logs of communications and issues for visibility across teams.
