Job summary

Talently in Boulder, CO is seeking a Head of Product to shape AI-powered fintech solutions for enterprise clients. This role drives strategy, technical direction, and execution in a fast-moving environment, partnering with executive leadership.

You will own the product vision from concept to launch, lead AI capabilities development, and ensure security, privacy, and reliability. Deep collaboration with engineering and data science teams is essential to balance automation with human oversight.

Qualifications

7+ years of product management experience with hands-on technical PM expertise.
Proven experience building and launching AI-powered products in production.
Experience leading engineering, AI/ML and other technical teams.
Strong understanding of AI capabilities, model limitations, performance and evaluation.
Ability to own product strategy and roadmaps from concept through launch and iteration.
Strong decision-making skills in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.

Responsibilities

Own the product vision and strategy for an AI-powered fintech platform from concept to launch and ongoing improvement.
Lead development of AI capabilities, including intelligent workflows and automated systems.
Partner with engineering and AI teams to define technical direction, priorities, architecture, and scalable solutions.
Establish standards for product quality, testing, monitoring and user experience.
Incorporate human oversight into AI-powered experiences balancing automation with expert involvement.
Drive integrations with enterprise systems, data platforms and third-party tech for seamless experiences.
Ensure products meet security, privacy, compliance, data governance and reliability standards.
Collaborate with executive leadership to shape strategy, investments, and execution.
