Stand-By Personnel, Inc. in Claremore, OK is seeking dependable Finning Helpers for a night-shift manufacturing role. You will support the production of finned tubing, assist in operating finning machinery, and receive hands-on training to become a Finning Machine Operator.

The job requires lifting, standing, and repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment. The position offers training on finning equipment, a night schedule Monday–Saturday from 5:00 PM to 3:30 AM, and pay of $23.50 per hour.

Formación

• Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow production instructions.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and handle materials throughout a shift.
• Willingness to learn specialized finning equipment and procedures.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with daily finning operations and learn to operate industrial finning machinery.
• Monitor equipment and follow instructions from experienced operators and supervisors.
• Unload finished fin tubes and place onto storage racks.
• Operate a saw to cut fins per day with accurate measurements.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow safety procedures.
