Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Java Gen AI Engineer based in Finland to design and implement production-ready AI solutions. You will work on agentic workflows, AI tool integration, and performance engineering across cloud environments while collaborating with distributed teams and stakeholders.

The role emphasizes hands-on development, practical AI execution, and ongoing learning to scale AI capabilities across enterprise applications.

Qualifications

At least 1 year of hands-on AI engineering experience with LLMs or AI tools.
Demonstrated experience deploying real-world AI solutions, not just theory.
Understanding of modern AI trends, frameworks, and practical Generative AI techniques.
Experience designing interoperable AI solutions with existing enterprise systems.
Familiarity with cloud platforms and integrating cloud-based AI services.
Knowledge of security practices for AI applications.
