Job summary

DPS Skis in Salt Lake City, Utah is seeking a Finishing Technician to help ensure quality throughout the manufacturing process and meet daily production goals. You will work with the production team to operate grinders, routers, sanders, and other equipment, contributing to DPS Skis' standards of craftsmanship.

This is a hands-on, full-time, onsite role where you’ll stand and work on a production floor, collaborating with teammates to improve processes and maintain schedules.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of manufacturing or production experience.
• Ski shop and ski tuning experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with power tools and machinery.
• Proficiency with metric measurements preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings preferred.
• Ability to lead a team, manage schedules, and meet production deadlines.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Microsoft Office experience, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, preferred.

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Schedule: Full-time, onsite, 4x10-hour shifts

What You'll Be Doing

As a Finishing Technician, you'll help ensure a high level of quality and safety throughout the manufacturing process. You'll work alongside the production team to meet daily quotas, maintain production schedules, improve processes, and help ensure every ski meets DPS quality standards.

Your day may include:

• Collaborating with the team to identify and implement process improvements
