Job summary

Dauch Corporation in Twinsburg, Ohio is seeking a Finishing Tech - 3rd to perform gauging, finish castings, and operate shot-blasting and vibratory equipment in line with customer specs. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and hands-on metal finishing skills.

Starting pay is up to $20 per hour plus shift premium, with a $1,000 sign-on bonus. Performance review milestones occur at 90 days, 6 months and 1 year, with prior experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Gauging and casting inspection knowledge preferred.
• Experience with metal finishing processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform gauging as required.
• Run Shot-blasting and Vibratory equipment.
• Hand file, grind, remove burrs, and flash from castings as required.
• Inspect castings prior to packing per customer specifications and internal visual inspection routines.
