Job summary

Quad In-Store in West Allis is seeking entry-level and skilled machine operators to set up and run finishing equipment such as Die Cutters, Guillotine Cutters, and Stock Mounters. You will ensure product quality, move materials with pallet jacks or forklifts, and follow job tickets and paperwork.

Qualification includes a HS diploma and the ability to lift up to 70 pounds. We offer comprehensive benefits and opportunities for overtime; training on 1st shift is possible, with 2:00pm–12:00am hours

Qualifications

• Ability to bend and lift 10–15 pounds continuously.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds occasionally.
• Stand long hours and use hands/ wrists continuously.
• Perform basic math calculations.
• Prior machine operator experience is desirable.
• Experience with finishing equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate finishing equipment to customer specs.
• Inspect product for quality conformity.
• Move work-in-process with electric pallet jack or forklift.
• Read and interpret job tickets.
• Complete necessary job paperwork.
• Report productivity achievements and defects.
• Adhere to production schedule and quality requirements.
• Communicate with supervisor and co-workers.
