• Meet or exceed Finishing department attainment goals.
• Pack finished products according to customer orders.
• Maintain equipment in good working order.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety standards.
• Adhere to Standard Work Documents and Current Good Manufacturing Practices.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Operate Finishing department machines; Rotoflex VSI, Rotoflex VLI, and Draytek
• Inspect and rewind labels to guarantee product meets customer specifications
• Meet or exceed Finishing department attainment goals
• Pack finished products according to customer orders
• Maintain equipment in good working order
• Maintain housekeeping and safety standards
• Adhere to all Standard Work Documents and Current Good Manufacturing Practices

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.

Salary range

$17.00-18.00/hour, actual compensation will be based on experience.
