Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or G.E.D.
• Demonstrate mechanical aptitude and basic PC skills.
• Able to read and follow SOPs and job instructions.
• Capable of counting, measuring and basic arithmetic.
• Willing to work overtime and maintain good attendance.

Responsibilities

• Operates small finishing machines.
• Hand strips and performs general table work.
• Trains new employees on all aspects of the job.
• Reads and follows SOPs for the job.
• Maintains a clean work environment and product quality.
• Performs minor maintenance on small machines.
• Counts product to ensure accuracy and reads job tickets.
