Job summary

Valmet is seeking a Machine Operator to join the Finishing Department on 1st shift (7am-3:30pm) in Waukesha, WI. You will operate grinding and finishing equipment, inspect quality components, and help produce precision parts for customers in the paper industry.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude for operating equipment in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate finishing equipment.
• Inspect parts using precision measuring tools.
• Read and interpret blueprints and job travelers.
• Identify and report quality concerns and support troubleshooting.
• Complete inspection records and production documentation accurately.
