Job summary

Simtra BioPharma Solutions is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for Finishing (2nd Shift) in Bloomington, Indiana. The role leads the finishing team, ensures cGMP compliance, and drives continuous improvement while maintaining safety and quality on the production floor.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, good communication, and experience with LEAN manufacturing; familiarity with Veeva/Trackwise/SCADA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication skills to guide a finishing floor team.
• Hands-on leader with LEAN manufacturing principles and cGMP knowledge.
• Proven ability to supervise scheduling, staff development and audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Finishing production, ensuring safe, compliant, on-time execution.
• Supervise scheduling, staffing, material management and documentation control.
• Drive continuous improvement and process optimization using LEAN methods.
• Prepare for and participate in audits and inspections; support NCRs and investigations.
