Job summary

Cursive Solutions Inc is seeking a full-time Converting Machine Operator to run digital finishing and converting equipment for labels and shrink sleeves. The role includes operating ABG and Digicon lines, performing setups, and ensuring quality against customer specs.

We offer a four-day weekday shift and a three-day weekend shift with differential pay on 2nd and weekend shifts. Candidates with 1+ year experience in printing/ converting are preferred, and a strong mechanical aptitude is

Qualifications

• Must have 1+ year experience operating converting/printing machinery.
• Experience with ABG, Digicon, or related finishing lines is a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and safety mindset required.

Responsibilities

• Operate digital finishing and converting equipment (ABG and Digicon).
• Perform make-readies, die changes, and setups.
• Prepare tooling and materials for production runs.
• Run digital embellishments (embossing, hot stamp, cold foil, screen print).
• Inspect finished work to meet specs and quality standards.
• Record data on shop floor and production systems.
• Train new operators and assist teammates as needed.
• Participate in R&D trials and continuous improvement.
