The job is full-time with a Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Candidates must be 18+, reliable, and able to stand all day. Opportunities exist for cross-training and growth across departments.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Strong team player with cooperative mindset.
• Capable of repetitive tasks with precision and efficiency, especially folding garments.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to various departmental roles.
• Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of meeting daily and weekly production targets.
• Able to identify and report product defects to supervisors.
• Able to stand and walk for 8+ hours.
• Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs and moving items as needed.
• Skilled at distinguishing colors accurately.
