Job summary

JenJac’s is currently seeking experienced Cabinet Makers, Woodworkers, and/or Carpenters to join our team of Experienced Cabinet Builders Technicians. Employees will be trained to construct high-end/custom aircraft furniture to customer specifications.

Responsibilities
  • Learn to construct high-end aircraft interiors through on-the-job training
  • Read and interpret blue prints and engineering drawings
  • Use and maintain general woodworking tools
  • Adhere to all policies, procedures, and safety practices set forth by the company handbook
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years building cabinets or general woodworking experience.
  • May be waived for completion of college course work regarding Aircraft Cabinetmaking
  • Ability to pick up new ideas and follow direction
  • Ability to use and maintain general woodworking and shop tools
  • Ability to read and interpret blue prints and engineering drawings
  • Ability to work in a team environment and take direction from a co-worker
  • Willing to purchase tools needed to work
Relation of the position to others in the company

The Cabinet Builder/Woodworker will begin in panel prep to grasp our production concept. They will then work beside one of JenJac’s skilled Aircraft Cabinet Builders to learn the skill of building high-end/custom aircraft interiors.
