Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Finisher to perform marine finishing operations including layout and installation of electronics, plumbing, seats, and consoles. You will work both outside and inside, supporting vessel fit-up and prep for sailing.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent, safety awareness, ability to read instructions, and physical ability to lift and move components. This full-time role offers medical, dental, vision, and retirement benefits.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Finisher is responsible for performing all marine finishing operations including layout and installation of electronics, pluming, seats, etc.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Installs wiring, plumbing, electronics, seats, and consoles using a variety of hand tools.
• Assists in pick, move, and set up of vessels using lifting and towing equipment.
• Maintains tools and clean department/cart before end of each shift each day.
• ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:

• Safety Conscious
• Understanding SDS documentation for chemicals being utilized in production.
• Ability to comprehend written and verbal instructions.
