Job summary

Bwise-Manufacturin is seeking a detail‑oriented assembler to move materials, assemble trailers, and install wood flooring on the shop floor. This role emphasizes safety, quality, and teamwork in a busy manufacturing facility.

You will read blueprints, position parts, and ensure proper fitting of components, while following all policies and OSHA standards. Reliability, punctuality, and ability to lift up to 60 lbs are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift heavy items up to 60 pounds consistently.
• Ability to read and interpret a tape measure.
• Read and interpret assembly blueprints, instructions, directions, and sketches.

Responsibilities

• Keep work areas clean and organized and take proper care of equipment and facilities.
• Follow all company rules and policies.
• Provide a high level of attention to detail and focus on the given task.
• Work with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Uphold all OSHA standards applicable to the responsibilities above.
