Job summary

Sun Chemical Corporation is seeking a Finished Product Packer for the 1st shift (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday - Friday). The role involves packing final products, maintaining a clean workspace, and working under the supervision of the Supply Chain & Warehouse Operations Lead.

Responsibilities include safe operation of packing and milling equipment, completing pack-out sheets, and managing materials in and out of warehouses.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• May be required to pass a pre-employment screening assessment.

Responsibilities

• Packing 25kg (55lbs.) bags, boxes, and drums.
• Operating packing, milling, and grinding equipment.
• Completing pack-out sheets; preparing samples for pre-ship.
• Managing material to and from warehouses.
• Identifying different pallets for products.
• Labeling products/packing and verifying quantity.
• Keeping work areas clean and organized.
• Following plant rules and reporting near misses and unsafe conditions.

Education
