Job summary

Sofidel America in Hattiesburg, MS is seeking a Finished Goods Warehouse Operator for a long-term, local role. You will load, unload, and move materials and finished goods within the plant, yard, or work site, using a forklift and following work orders.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year in a warehouse. Candidates should have basic math, good communication, and the ability to collaborate with teammates while adhering to safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Basic math skills and ability to read work orders.
• Verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Able to work courteously with colleagues and follow safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Read work orders and follow instructions to transport materials correctly.
• Use a forklift to load/unload materials onto pallets, trays, or shelves.
• Move materials from storage to designated areas and keep work areas clean.
• Stack and bundle materials and scan labels on pallets and containers.
• Ensure safe operation of lift attachments and report issues to supervisors.
• Support operations to meet quality standards and production deadlines.
