You will measure, cut, and install baseboards, door and window casings, and moldings using hand and power tools, inspect for quality, and maintain a clean, safe work area while following supervisor directions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in construction or manufacturing.
• Detail oriented with good manual dexterity.
• Ability to work at varying heights using ladders.

Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, and install trim materials such as baseboards, door casings, window casings, and moldings.
• Ensure tight joints, smooth transitions, and proper alignment of trim components.
• Use hand and power tools to secure trim according to specifications.
• Fill, sand, and finish nail holes and seams for a polished appearance.
• Inspect completed installations to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Repair or replace damaged or misaligned trim as needed.
• Maintain tools and work areas in a clean and safe condition.
• Follow all safety procedures and coordinate with supervisors and other trades.
