Job summary

OFS is seeking a finish floater with a keen eye for color and strong hand-eye coordination to join our finish team. You will support spraying, inspecting, sealing, sanding, and repairs, and participate in finish-area tasks as needed.

Training is provided for stains, glazes, wash coats, lacquers, and repairs, and you will collaborate with co-workers and supervisors to meet quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must meet quality specifications and standards
• Experience with or ability to be trained in stain, glaze, wash coat, lacquer and repair
• Must be able to work independently without immediate supervision

Responsibilities

• Must have an eye for color
• Possess good hand/eye coordination
• Ability to work well with co-workers and supervisors
• Flexibility to work in all areas of finish, spraying, inspection, sealer sanding, and repair
