Qualifications

• 5 years' experience in the construction industry operating finish dozer.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve results within a team with minimal supervision.
• MSHA Part 48 training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform earthmoving and support duties under direct supervision.
• Observe and follow all safety rules and procedures.
• Judge distances and slopes accurately.

Skills

Ability to read and understand stake grades and plans

Effective communication with ground personnel and supervision

Knowledge of cut/fill operations
