Job summary

ServiceMaster of South Shore Inc. is seeking skilled trades personnel to install baseboard, casing, crown molding and related millwork. You will also assemble and install doors and built-ins, and perform surface prep and cleanup with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Applicants must hold a jurisdictional contractor's license or trade license, carry general liability and workers' compensation insurance, and pass background and motor vehicle checks. A clean driving record is required.

Qualifications

• Contractor's license or trade license valid for jurisdiction
• General liability insurance
• Worker's comp insurance
• Background and motor vehicle checks with no DUI/DWI in last 5 years and no felonies or theft-related offences

Responsibilities

• Installing baseboard, casing, crown molding, and wainscoting
• Assembling and installing doors, hardware, and built-ins or custom millwork
• Sanding, caulking, and prepping finished surfaces
• Jobsite cleanup with emphasis on customer satisfaction

REQUIREMENTS
