Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in commercial carpentry, including both rough and finish scopes.
• Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and basic construction equipment.
• Demonstrated understanding and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Install baseboards, crown molding, and casings.
• Measure, cut, and fit trim and millwork with precision.
• Construct and install custom cabinetry and shelving.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and design plans.
• Make on-site adjustments for fit and finish.
• Maintain a clean and hazard-free work area.
