Ideal candidates have 2-3+ years of experience, read plans well, and demonstrate dependable, professional communication and teamwork. Compensation is $35-$40 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of professional finish carpentry experience in residential remodeling.
• Experience installing trim, cabinetry, doors, and finish details.
• Ability to read construction plans/readings and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• Professional communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to delivering outstanding work.

Responsibilities

• Install interior trim, doors, baseboards, casings, crown molding, and other finish carpentry components
• Install cabinetry, built-ins, and architectural millwork
• Complete finish carpentry work with precision and attention to detail
• Read construction drawings and follow project specifications
• Work closely with Project Managers and Lead Carpenters to deliver results
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites
• Assist with general carpentry work when needed
