Job summary

MeetACarpenter is seeking an experienced finish carpenter and cabinet installer for a residential project in Dayton, OH, starting Friday morning. The job is expected to run through the weekend until completion.

Tasks include removing existing cabinets, insulating exterior walls, finishing drywall, reinstalling and leveling cabinets, reinstalling fillers, trim, toe kicks, and preparing cabinets for countertops (not included).

Qualifications

• Experience with cabinet installation.
• Own tools.
• Reliable transportation.
• References or photos of similar work.
• Availability to start Friday morning and remain on the job until completion.

Responsibilities

• Carefully remove existing upper and lower kitchen cabinets for wall insulation.
• Install insulation in the exterior wall.
• Complete any remaining drywall work (walls are already at the primed drywall stage).
• Reinstall and level all existing cabinets.
• Reinstall fillers, trim, and toe kicks.
• Leave cabinets ready for countertop templating and installation (countertops are not part of this project).
