You will read blueprints, align doors and hardware, install crown molding and custom woodwork, and ensure neat finishes. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and teamwork on site.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in finish trim, door hanging, and cabinet installation.
• Confident reading blueprints and executing complex layouts.
• Proficient with hand/power tools and comfortable on ladders or scaffolding.
• Solid problem-solver with high quality standards and safety focus.
