Essel Environmental in Sacramento is seeking a skilled Punch List Finish Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will focus on final-stage carpentry tasks, detail work, touch-ups, and completing punch lists for both commercial and residential projects to ensure high-quality finishes.

You will read blueprints, install cabinetry, molding, baseboards, doors, and trim, and collaborate with project managers and trades to meet timelines while maintaining a clean, organized work area on site.

Responsibilities

• Complete final punch list items, including but not limited to trim work, caulking, patching, and painting touch-ups.
• Install cabinetry, molding, baseboards, doors, windows, and other finish carpentry tasks.
• Ensure quality craftsmanship and accuracy in all tasks performed.
• Read and interpret blueprints and project plans.
• Collaborate with project managers and other trades to ensure timelines are met.
• Address minor repairs and adjustments as needed before project completion.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
