Job summary

Sinacola is seeking a Finish Blade operator to load loose materials and operate a range of construction equipment at our Texas site. The role involves tending machines like power shovels and bulldozers and following safety protocols throughout the workday.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of equipment operation experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a commitment to safe, efficient site work.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in equipment operations required.

Responsibilities

• Operate power machinery such as power shovels, scrapers, dozers, graders, mining equipment, or backhoes.
• Set up or inspect equipment prior to and after operation.
• Observe signals and markings to ensure work aligns with specifications.
• Read and interpret construction plans and digging plans.
• Operate machinery to perform excavation, backfilling, or road construction.
• Lubricate, adjust, or repair machinery and replace parts as needed.
