Job summary

Cardinal Civil Contracting NC seeks a capable Dozer Operator to support heavy civil site grading. You will read grade stakes, push fills, and finish grading under the supervision of a grading crew. Experience with GPS-guided grading and adherence to safety protocols is required.

Work is on active construction sites with potential overtime; a valid CDL or heavy equipment certification is preferred. Join a team expanding across multiple projects with strong safety standards.

Qualifications

• Hands-on dozer experience on site (1+ years) with finish grading skills.
• Ability to read grade stakes and interpret a grading plan.

Responsibilities

• Clear and mass grade site; push fill and shape grades to plan.
• Finish building pads, roadbeds, and slopes per tolerances.
• Operate and monitor GPS/laser grading systems; check grades frequently.
