  • Attendance: Regular, predictable, punctual, and in-person attendance is essential, includes weekends and holidays as scheduled
  • Base Pay: $12/hr + tips
Qualifications
  • At least six months of successful serving or bartending experience.
Responsibilities
  • Master our menu to give guests the information needed for an extraordinary dining experience.
  • Treat guests with a combination of friendliness, respect and professionalism that tells them we are a restaurant dedicated to service.
  • Scrupulously follows safety rules and food and liquor handling policies.
  • Contribute throughout the restaurant to a team-oriented “Three Musketeer's” spirit.
  • Respond to guests in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Present the menu, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food and service.
  • Answer questions concerning cost of items, features of items, resort activities, hours of operation, weather conditions, etc.
  • Take food orders and utilize POS system to place and record orders.
  • Relay order to kitchen and serve courses from kitchen and service bars.
  • Garnish and decorate dishes/beverages preparatory to serving.
  • Observe diners to respond to any additional requests and to determine when meal has been completed.
  • Total bill and accept payment.
  • Ladle soup, toss salads, portion pies and desserts, brew coffee, and perform other services as needed.
  • Request identification from customers when legal age is questioned regarding alcoholic service.
  • Remove empty or dirty dishes, utensils, glasses and bottles and return them to the bar or kitchen.
  • Complete opening and closing side work as directed.
  • Follow alcohol serving policies as required by NM State Law.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly working environment and follow proper sanitation procedures.
  • Read and record totals shown on point of sale system and verify against cash on hand.
  • Other associated tasks & duties as assigned.
Environment

This is typically an indoor position. Must be able to stand, walk, and talk for entire shift and occasionally lift/carry 30lbs.
