Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and courteously to create a welcoming dining atmosphere.
• Explain menu items, daily specials, and restaurant promotions clearly and confidently.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, repeating orders to guests to ensure accuracy.
• Monitor tables throughout the meal, replenish beverages and check guest satisfaction.
• Present desserts and after-dinner beverage options when appropriate.
• Enter guest orders accurately into the POS system and communicate with kitchen/bar.
• Maintain station readiness and assist with opening/closing duties as needed.
• Support bussing teams to clear and reset tables and keep service flow smooth.
