• Communicate with back-of-house to ensure accurate orders and special requests.
• Maintain a professional, flexible, and patient demeanor with guests and staff.
• Collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures.
• Promote a clean, safe, and neat dining environment for guests.
• Operate various equipment such as beverage machines and coffee brewers.
• Assist staff from other departments during special events and functions.
