Job summary

A senior living community in New York is seeking a Server to join their dining team. In this full-time role, you'll serve meals to residents and guests with a focus on etiquette and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include taking orders, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Previous experience is a plus but not required, as training will be provided. Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and speak in English.
• Orientation and on-the-job training will be provided.
• Must complete 14 days of training.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals according to established rules of etiquette.
• Give recommendations on food items to guests.
• Take meal/drink orders and deliver to the table.
• Enter orders into the Pinnacle Point of Sale System.
• Participate in bussing and resetting tables.
• Ensure guest needs are met promptly.
