Job summary

Newport Restaurant Group in Millbury, MA is seeking a friendly Server to greet guests, take orders, and deliver meals with a focus on hospitality. You will work in a fast-paced dining room and help ensure every guest has a memorable experience.

This role offers competitive pay of $6.75 per hour plus tips, with benefits and a culture of employee ownership across the company. Previous fine-dining experience is preferred, along with flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of previous fine dining server experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule to work days, nights, weekends, and some holidays as needed.
• Must hold Alcohol Safety Certification.

Responsibilities

• Present menu, answers questions, and makes suggestions regarding food and service
• Record orders in POS System
• Relay orders to kitchen and serve courses from kitchen/service bars
• Observe diners to respond to any additional requests
• Total bills and accept payments
• Always maintain composure and hospitality with guests and other staff
