Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation, Grand Hyatt Scottsdale Resort, is seeking a restaurant server to join our fine dining team. You will greet guests, take orders, present menu selections, and provide highly personalized service to create a memorable dining experience.

The right candidate will have at least two years of experience in a fine dining atmosphere, exceptional communication skills, and the stamina to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of serving experience in a fine dining setting.
• Desire to satisfy guests in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Physical stamina to lift moderate weight.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Open availability afternoons to evenings including weekends and holidays.
• AZ Food Handlers License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Submit guest menu selections and present food and beverage preferences.
• Gain menu knowledge and make recommendations from our cuisine and drink offerings.
• Engage in elevated conversation and create the restaurant experience through service.
