Fisher Island Club is seeking a Food Server for our Theapolis Fine Dining venue on Fisher Island, FL. This full-time role requires providing exceptional service to members in a high-end dining environment, maintaining polished presentation, and ensuring accurate orders and timely service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dining area by setting tables with decorations, condiments, candles, napkins, service plates and utensils.
• Adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies to protect patrons.
• Assist patrons with menu selections, explain chef specialties, suggest courses and wines.
• Stay informed about menu changes and kitchen item availability.
• Transmit orders to bar/kitchen and note dietary needs.
• Inform kitchen staff about timing of courses and guest needs.
• Serve orders and deliver accompaniments and condiments.
• Attend to guest requirements, monitor dining progress, and refill as needed.
• Maintain table settings and promptly address spills; reset as required.
• Open and pour wine tableside; conclude dining experiences and invite return visits.
• Process charges, present payment, and handle receipts.
• Perform basic cleaning and cover shifts as needed; assist with events.
• Adhere to grooming standards and participate in team tasks and trainings.
