La Petite Maison Boston is opening, and we’re seeking Runners who thrive on precision and pace to join our floor team. In this fast-paced role, you’ll ensure dishes arrive with the right timing, presentation, and energy, helping create a memorable fine dining experience.

You’ll work closely with kitchen and FOH partners, maintain service flow, and grow within a globally recognized hospitality brand known for mentorship and strong team culture.

Qualifications

• Some experience in hospitality/F&B, ideally in a similar role.
• Sharp attention to detail and a fast, organized pace.
• Team-first mentality— this role only works with strong coordination.
• Genuine interest in growing within fine dining.

Responsabilités

• Run food and beverages to tables accurately and on time.
• Support the floor team in maintaining table standards throughout service.
• Communicate clearly with kitchen and FOH to keep service flowing.
• Represent LPM's warmth and attention to detail, even in fast exchanges with guests.
