Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Anticipate Member and Guest needs and provide attentive service.
• Take orders, serve food and beverages, including alcohol, and make menu suggestions.
• Greet Members and Guests warmly with eye contact and a smile.
• Enter orders accurately into the point-of-sale system and ensure timely processing.
• Assist with setup, breakdown, and upkeep of dining spaces and event areas.
• Maintain a positive attitude, teamwork, and clear communication throughout shifts.
• Be flexible and may perform other service tasks such as hosting or food running.
• Arrive on time in clean uniform and adhere to club standards.
• Participate in training to expand service knowledge and comply with policies.
