Job summary

Disneyland Resort in California is seeking a Dinner Cook to join our Signature Fine Dining team. You will prepare, season, and cook a range of dishes, manage high-volume production, and ensure HACCP compliance in a fast-paced kitchen.

The role requires culinary education and strong teamwork, with opportunities to grow within Carthay Circle and Club 33 settings. Shifts may include days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in culinary field with high-volume production
• Culinary education degree or equivalent required
• Food safety certification or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Prepare, season, and cook stocks, soups, sauces, and cuisines
• Read menus to estimate food requirements and pars
• Maintain HACCP and food safety standards daily
• Operate kitchen equipment and regulate oven temperatures
• Handle line cook and pantry tasks including high-end desserts
• Garnish and plate dishes to hotel/restaurant standards
• Ensure timely service and quality food presentation
• Maintain proper temperatures during preparation and service
• Assist Guests with dietary requests as needed
