Qualifications

• A culinary apprenticeship or Associate's Degree from a culinary institution is preferred.
• Must obtain and maintain all licenses/certifications per Federal, State, and Illinois Gaming Commission.
• Must be flexible to work varying shifts and time schedules.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all foods according to menu specifications and maintain a neat workstation.
• Build and retain guest relations while ensuring cleanliness in the kitchen.
• Assist with special events and follow all safety protocols.
