Job summary

Pier Sixty-Six Resort in Fort Lauderdale invites a seasoned Fine Dining Garden Room - Cook II to join our opening team. You will help craft distinctively different Mediterranean dishes and deliver authentic experiences to guests in our premier restaurant.

You will report to the Sous Chef and bring passion for refined culinary techniques and service excellence to a fast-paced, luxury kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of related work experience in fine dining.
• Culinary arts degree or technical training preferred.
• Strong focus on high-quality service and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain refined dining dishes with Mediterranean influence.
• Ensure proper tasting, plating, and portion control.
• Maintain kitchen safety and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with Sous Chef and kitchen team during service.
